The staff were incredibly helpful, arranging transfers and making sure we felt welcomed. the only small downside was the absence of an on-site reception, but communication through the booking app was efficient. The location is perfect, just outside the Old Town and close to the main train station. While I enjoyed my experience overall, there was a slight concern with a stained bedsheet in my room.
